Pavement: Superb, Not Split

If the URL of your band is: "pavementtherockband", then you definitely have to prove something. After a disappointing appearance at Rock Werchter festival in Belgium in July, Pavement finally made it to Europe again. Due to all the breaking-up rumours, we feared that we would never see them again, but they made it.
With the thought of 'possibly the last pavement concert in holland' in mind, we were hoping for a great concert. And luckily for us, it turned out to be a great show. Along with some tracks from Terror Twilight we could also hear a lot of oldies. Ending with an superb encore containing 'Range Life', 'Date with Ikea' and 'Fight This Generation' Pavement proves to be "the rock band".
Thank god they officially announced that they are not breaking up, so we can only yearn for more.
