Yo nigga. I know a Dominican who's ready to stab you... He's gonna chop off your hands and put your fingers in my ashtray... Yep, you guessed it: Kool Keith (aka Dr. Octagon, Dr. Dooom, Big Willie Smith, Sinister 6000,...) is back with a vengeance. After a lot of problems with a host of record companies, Keith is back on his own label and he's about to let you know that he is seriously pissed off with the music industry, the hip hop scene and with obsessed fans too, for that matter. Straight from the opening track (aptly titled F.U.M.F.), it's clear that this is going to be one nasty piece of music. Keith is in top-form and his crazy, space-age rhymes with their multi-layer metaphors are as fast, furious and funny as they've ever been. The Diesel Truckers (aka Kool Keith and Kutmasta Kurt) produced an abstract, dark, menacing yet very groovy soundtrack to go with the lyrical madness, resulting in a number of instant classics like "27 Shots", "Baddest MC", "Operation Extortion" and "Extravagant Traveller", to name a few. Musically and lyrically the baddest, Kool Keith once again puts any other rapper to shame when it comes to creativity and originality. If you happen to think that some fake commercial cretin like Eminem is kickin' it, get a life and check out the Kool one for a dose of the real deal.
