No question about it: Underground Resistance remains by far the best techno
label in the world. Why? Because Mad Mike's newest is, as usual, an event
in itself. Inspiration is a near cousin of the mighty Amazon, Galaxy 2
Galaxy and the infamous Red Planet series. It contains the same
intergalactic synths'n'strings, the same full-on emotional translation of
funk and soul through the mind of a machine. Transition on the flip is a
stirring vocal funk stomper, another example of that primeval, undying
Detroit Techno spirit blessed with a French Kiss-style melody and a
pressing yet optimistic message. 'Make your Transition', The
Mercenary oracles in endless repetition. We urgently suggest you do so.
