Okay, it's not my favorite kinda muzik, but I received a copy of The Forty Fives' debut album 'Get it together', and I fancied I was back in the fifties!!! This is a great album for everyone who likes good old rock'n'roll, but also for people who just want to take a trip back to the old days of Cadillacs and forelocks. In thirteen songs, the Forty Fives let you hear raw and uncompromising rock'n'roll. The sound of the band has been completed with hammond organ-player Trey Tidwell. From opener 'Get out' to 'When you least expect it', the last song of the album, this band rocks like the engine of a pink Cadillac. So sit back and listen to this time machine, bringing you back to the fifties.
