Technasia has been wrecking havoc on the international techno scene ever since the first release in 1997. The magnificent electro track 'Crosswalk' from the debut 12'' immediately got big support from the likes of Dave Clarke and Laurent Garnier. After that came five more excellent releases and overwhelming live-acts on major techno events, turning Technasia more and more into a phenomenon. Not only is Technasia a unique outfit, with the duo Amil Khan from Hong Kong and Charles Siegling from France, it's also a project with a mission: putting South East Asia on the global techno map and boosting the techno scene in China. For that purpose the 'The Future Mix Radio Show' was put up, which is transmitted in every major Chinese city. For all of you living outside China there's this 'Future Mix' album, with most of the tracks from the previously released 12'' together with the new single 'Evergreen'. All this is presented as a live radio show, complete with a host and weird chinese radio ads. And off course there's lots of excellent music. Electro ('Crosswalk'), pounding four-to-the-floor techno ('Sound of K'Silvery Sounds', 'Force', 'Descent') and the anthem-like classic 'The Awakening'. A must!
