The fist record on a major label for this Dutch band. The character for this record is set in the seventh song, called 'Ice Cream Time', with lyrics like "The sun is in my head and it's ok it's an ice cream day". Racoon really makes the sun go in your head! They make you feel ok, just like a sunny day. The happy guitar-pop they produce has a nice summer sound. All 12 songs are very catchy and some will stay in your head for quite some time. The clean sound of their acoustic guitar makes it really warm. The lyrics describe normal-day-life and are rather funny but sung in a serious way. Twice they contain the name of another bands (Motorpsycho and Ben Folds Five), which obviously have influenced on Racoon.
