Do you like Elastica? If not, you can skip this review. If you do like Elastica and you want more, get these two records, because both Life Without Buildings and From Bubblegum To Sky are Elastica ripoffs at best. LWB are a little more punky, FBTS more pop-oriented. LWB sometimes sound a little dated, while FBTS not only have a more modern and wannabe-hip image. LWB sound very British (including a yawning female singer), FBTS more placeless: blending an American West Coast sound with an English one. This mixture is brought to taste by the "two French boys" and a Japanese touch. Last difference: LWB is a little more disappointing than FBTS.
