Some artists were only appreciated when they had died a long time ago. Finally people could understand what they meant, what they wanted to express. This is also the only chance for appreciation for Lesser. Lesser tries to fuse alternative rock influences with a more electric sound. In a strangely intense and personal voice. To be honest, it sounds like she can't find the right radio channel to listen to, and that's why you hear all these strange sounds. No structure at all. But was it really meant to listen to? Maybe It's a way to get people out of a coma. First words: "Please please turn it off." Or are these signals from outer space? Also possible. And that for 65 minutes. Sometimes very funny, especially the song titles. How can you give a name to some minutes of strange laser-beam sounds? And sometimes you really can't stand the sound because it gives you a headache. Now and then even a little melody, but just for a few seconds. Where did she find these sounds, why did she put them on an album, why does Matador want this, who is actually going to buy this album? Ah well, when I fall in my room and can't get up, I'll put this on, and my roommates will come bashing the door down in no time.
