Hooray, it's another FSA album! And it's almost as good as the previous one, the excellent 'New Lands' (1997). Typical enough for a one-man project (Dave Pearce), its sound hasn't changed a bit: layers of feedback and noise, coupled with Pearce's somnabulent vocals, samples and folksy outings - the album opener 'Space (1999)' (dedicated to seventies folk hero Tom Rapp) almost serves as a summary. Definitely required listening for anyone with more than a passing interest in the shoegazing and post-rock genres.
