What can I tell about Deep Purple? For some ignorant people, Deep Purple is the same as 'Child in time' (which you can find on this record). Some remember 'Smoke on the water' as well. But Deep Purple is more, much more. Listening to tunes like 'Hard lovin man' the energy builds up in my body, ready to explode. Deep purple are truly the founders of hardrock. Heavy, but rhythmic guitars combined with crazy organ sounds. Richie Blackmore plays guitar like a thunderbird and Ian Gillan has a throat whcih grabs you and throws you around. That's Deep Purple to me. For all my 'heavy' moods, Deep Purple in Rock.
