Cheech Wizard may be an upcoming band of young lads from the Netherlands, they sure have listened to their Led Zeppelin records. Just check out those guitars and soaring vocals. Adjectives that come to mind when listening to 'Hence' are sweeping, bombastic and uplifting. The singer reminds me of Buckley who also took some cues from Page and Plant. I also note some math in their rock, dense and complex guitarplaying that sounds like Chavez must be in their recordcollection as well. If not there has got to be some Unwound or Polvo. It all sounds very good but a little more variety would have shook my hips a little more around the room.
