Zeb / Rent-a-Demon: A Multimedia Experie

September 29, the multimedia-act Zeb/rent-a-demon had it's premiere in Nighttown's Basement, Rotterdam. This performance is a combination of live music, theatre, film and animation. The story, a modern version of Faust, is told to the audience by switching between all these media. The actors are confronting each other on the boundary of projections (film and animations) and live music, played by OXOL.
This dutch band were finalists in '98 at the 'Grote Prijs van Nederland'. The main characters are Gabe, Zeb, Kay and P. Gabe tries, by using his multi-media machine, to correct the lives of people. A colleague of Gabe, called Zeb, thinks he can do the same in a much better, faster and more modern way and starts his own little business. Kay who is a frustrated photographer, gets lost between the two creatures from another dimension.
A team of artists created Zeb/rent-a-demon, and made a beautiful and very interesting piece of multi-media art. You have to experience it!
