Benjamin B: Modest, Enthusiastic Popsong

The last time Benjamin B. planned to perform in Para they decided to split up the day before and maybe the memory of this disappointment has been a reason for the crowd to stay away. Only about 50 people were present to see the four guys try their very best.
The small lights and a few old-fashioned light-shades created an atmosphere of a concert in the living-room of one of the band members. In the set they played, all releases were represented by at least one song, but the eleven songs of their last record Instant Art naturally formed the basis of the show.
Unfortunately, the crowd wasn't polite enough to be quiet during the modest songs like 'The Proper Way' and with their sceptical attitude they gave the band a hard evening. It seems that the heightened stage in Para increases the distance between the band and the crowd just too much. The response turned out to be just enough for Benjamin B. to play an encore, in which 'Snail' was anounced in four languages (including Swedish by drummer Michel!) and which ended with "the most covered song of all times", as singer Fiebo called it, 'Summertime'.
In short, these four enthousiastic men didn't get the appreciation they absolutely deserved.
